MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
  • Process and track office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Assist with project management and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD regulations and company policies.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Must be comfortable working on multiple projects
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented
  • Literate in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in using Windows 7 or Windows 10
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and composing business emails)
  • Ability to lift 20lbs (lifting boxes of paper or water).

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE:

Part-time

SALARY:

$24.00 an hour

SCHEDULE:

  • 20 hours per week
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights
